Yes. We ship worldwide.

How long does USA shipping take?

Standard: 7 to 10 business days. 

Express: 5 to 7 business days. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery. 

How long does INTERNATIONAL shipping take? 

Standard: 7 to 10 days.

Express: 5 to 7 days. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. If you don't receive please check the spam box. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to bvalleyclub@gmail.com

How do you ship packages?

We ship from Belgium, USA & UE through major carriers such as BPOST, USPS, LA POSTE, RoyalMail, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?

Our processing time is 2-3 business days.  Unless stated that the item is a pre-sale item stated in the product description. Custom made/Personalisation order takes an extra 7 days to process.

Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees?

Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package.  (United States, Canada, United Kingdom & European countries don't have to pay any customs fees).
