❌ Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been fulfilled, processed for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

For customers located in the European Union, this cancellation policy does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described below.
